My name is Cynthia Davila, owner of Massage Therapy for Body and Mind. I offer clients in the San Diego area a unique blend of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Injury Massage, Trigger Point, and Reflexology. It is my goal to create the ultimate custom massage which caters to your individual needs.
I attended the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Lindon, UT and graduated at the top of my class in August of 2002 with over 800 hours of massage and bodywork training as well as 115 hours of clinical application.
I have been practicing as a massage therapist for over six years and have had the opportunity to practice in a variety of locations. My extensive and diverse experience has allowed me to improve and refine my techniques and has provided me with the ability to master my skill.
My experience includes employment at an upscale clinic in the distinguished coastal town of Marblehead, MA. I worked as the Lead Massage Therapist at a day spa in Orem, UT, and had the wonderful opportunity of joining the opening team of Sea Spa at the illustrious Loews Coronado Bay Resort. I then joined the opening team of The Spa at the prestigious Estancia La Jolla Hotel, where I worked for four and a half years, and also spent a winter season at the sister property of Estancia, the Vail Cascade Resort and Spa in Colorado. In addition to my practice at Estancia, I have also worked at Timeless, an age defying laser clinic for the past 2 years.
In order to provide a more customized and attentive bodywork experience for my clientele, I founded Massage Therapy for Body and Mind. I have a great love for the wellness industry and am passionate about continuing my education and enhancing my skills as a massage practitioner. My mission is to provide the ultimate experience in customized, high-quality bodywork for the people of San Diego.

Hours of operation
Monday 2:30pm-9pm
Tuesday-Sunday 8am-9pm
Each massage session is customized just for you. I use different styles of massage and variations of pressure to achieve overall balance.
One Hour Custom Massage $65
Hour and a Half Custom Massage $90
