| Skills & Accomplishments I have gained exceptional knowledge and training in Eastern and Western modalities. Including Acupressure, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Injury Massage, Movement Assessment Techniques, Reflexology, Russian Sport Massage, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Structural Bodywork and Trigger Point Therapy. I have a strong passion for advanced deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral, sports and injury massage. I feel these modalities are the most beneficial in promoting health in the client, by bringing awareness to the “mind-body-soul” connection. |
