I have worked with a variety of people and situations, including; individuals, groups, couples, PTSD, addiction, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, personal struggles, and other phase of life difficulties. And while I earned my Masters in Psychology and started coaching in 2009, I also have an entrepreneurial background. In addition to coaching, I currently own IncrediFlix, which provides summer camps and birthday parties for children. With some successes and some upsets at starting businesses, the path has given me a unique perspective for those facing challenges with work and career.
I'm passionate about this career and find it so rewarding to partner with a motivated client, and see him or her achieve far beyond what they thought their capabilities were. It is not easy to take a realistic look at one's life and evaluate strengths and goals, but my wish for my clients to achieve much more, has me there every step of the way. The clients I look to partner with are at all different stages in their lives, but share a unique quality, in that they are looking for growth and an extraordinary life.

Coaching is very goal oriented. If a client comes in with a goal (finding their career path, finding that right relationship...), a coach becomes the clients partner and directs the client on how to attain those goals.
Coaching differs from psychotherapy because it deals with your challenges more directly. Together, we drive personal growth using objectives and goals, based on developing new skills to replace the behaviors that aren't working for you (insight and understanding will come with acquiring the new skills).
I can guide you on how to resolve specific situations that are troubling you, and our focus is giving you the skills to move through these situations on your own. We do this by taking a broad look at where you are facing challenges and where you want your life to go.
