I have been a leader in the real estate industry for over 10 years and have developed a wide client base from varied price ranges. I am committed to delivering the highest level of customer service in the industry.I do this by listening closely to my clients wants and needs so that I can find the most best solution to every situation. Negotiating for his client's best interest is where I shine.I have also used his knowledge of the real estate market to train, coach, and mentor other agents.
Prior to entering a career in real estate I was a Developer working for individual home owners and investors on multi million dollar renovations and new builds in Los Angeles as well as the Bay area.
I use these skills as well as my experience with personal investments in the analyzing of my client's properties. Being a relationship builder both with my clients as well as cooperating agents helps me developed many sources for pocket listings and relationships with many of the resource vendors that support the REO and Short Sales Client.
