Company Description:
How do you make a pot of fulfilling, great tasting life-stew filled with aged spices and heartfelt ingredients? That is the question that inspires Sharon to seek out new and innovative avenues to inspire her clients’ continued personal and professional growth. In 2006, Sharon taught the first certificate graphology course at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. She has developed leadership training for the U.S. Department of Defense and Labor, numerous government agencies, law enforcement officers’ and private sector companies, and her book Stress, Anger and Fear Management for the Peace Officer is used in training provided to Arizona law enforcement officers. In 2005, Sharon developed and launched The Arizona Law Enforcement Leadership Institute, and all of her law enforcement curriculum is approved for Arizona Peace Officers Standard and Training Board program confirmation. In 2003, Sharon received an award of appreciation for outstanding program creation and success for the Atlanta-region U.S. Department of Labor’s Safety Day. Sharon has made guest appearances on Good Day Atlanta, Good Morning Arizona and Arizona Midday, which recently invited her back for the third time. Other media appearances include creating and delivering a 30-minute on-air segment on workplace rage and road rage for Arizona’s channel 21 in 2004, and an hour-long interview on Achieve Radio. (To listen to that interview, go to http://www.achieveradio.com/maybe, scroll down to 12/20/04 and select “Sharon Thomas.”) Sharon was introduced to the science of graphology, also known as handwriting analysis, in 1993. After spending two years of serious study and close work with a mentor, Sharon packed this specialized skill into her tool belt alongside her great intuition and has since assisted many individuals, couples, and parents with children, as well as corporate America and government agencies. In 1996 Sharon started The Life Skills Workshops, now known as Impact America Educational Services. The company’s fundamental mission remains the same despite the name change and continuous evolution. It’s simple: At the end of the day, make a more peace-filled and harmonious way for yourself and others. Sharon has held true to this mantra, using her graphology knowledge and expertise to provide the business community with pre-employment screening. With the personality and character profiles Sharon builds for them, her clients have no need for batteries; their flashlights are always charged and ready to go, with Sharon just a call away. Sharon had found yet another way to utilize her expertise by developing and facilitating customized training initiatives. Companies and organizations acros
