C. Patrick Private Duty

Over 20 yrs. experience in private duty and home health. which includes; am care, bathing, dressing, grooming, lifting in and out of bed to wheel chair. Preparing brkf. lunch, and dinner. Some house cleaning, shopping. and giving some meds if need. Also experience in takeing vital signs, charting, and monitoring daily and night time activity, and takeing nurses notes when doing private duty shift. Have worked on psychiatric ward, and had to monitor pts. daily activities. also worked with alzheimers pts.,diabetic pt. and bed pt.
