This option includes all of the Financial Management Services summarized above, PLUS taking care of the maintenance management needs of your property or association. This includes periodic inspection walk-through of the property, obtaining competitive bids, performing a host of administrative activities required for the day-to-day operation of your property, handling tenant complaints, correspondences, and stay on top of legal laws and enforcement rules.
2. FILL EMPTY VACANCY ONLY
We market, advertise and do the showings for you. Includes screening tenants and doing background checks. Once the tenant moves in, you are in control to manage your property.
3. Vacation Management / Temportary Vacancy
