Jose Moreno is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. He has 20 years of experience with physical fitness and weight training and is backed by an Orthopedist specializing in sports medicine. He is a former professional wrestler of 8 years and also a U.S. Army veteran. He trained in the art of Kick Boxing,Jiu-Jitsu,Yoga,and Wrestling for 2 1/2 years at the famous Inoki Dojo in Santa Monica,CA. He also managed the Inoki Dojo for 1 1/2 years. He has been in Ironman Magazine and in a Samurai fitness video. He enjoys living a healthy lifestyle.
He is dedicated to helping you live your life to the fullest! Everyday you will feel your body get stronger. Feel your best and be your best with the fat burning and muscle toning workouts.



Company Description:
My specialties include balance and agility training, strength training, core training utilizing stability and medicine balls, nutrition advisory,and speed training.

Every workout of your personally designed program will last approximately one hour including:
* 5-10 minute warm-up
* resistance or weight training and/or cardiovascular training
* 5-10 minute cool-down and Stretch

Each workout will be tailored to your personal goals, needs, preferences, and chronic or acute limiting factors. Your workout will include a combination of the following:

* Strength training
* Core training
* Toning/Shaping
* Flexibility
* Functional training
* Sports conditioning and Speed training
* Balance and Agility training
* Weight Loss
* Aerobic/Anaerobic training
