Mary Anne Flanagan is the creator and founder of Toning the OM™. Toning the OM™ is an international healing arts company that is committed to nurturing body, spirit, and heart connections through experiential workshops, retreats, healing, and coaching sessions. Mary Anne is a Certified Life Coach from New York University, a Shamanic Teacher, and workshop facilitator. She has an extensive background in meditation and spirituality, and uses various modalities in her coaching work. She also has a Certificate in Aging from Boston University and works with older adults on relaxation, simple movements, and breath work.
Mary Anne’s practice in the healing arts began in 2000 while training New York City community organizations involved in positive youth and family development initiatives. This work led her to facilitate national workshops, community drumming and joyful rhythm circles. Mary Anne has worked with nonprofit organizations for almost 20 years in management and training. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and Horizon Wellness Group. Mary Anne has a private healing and coaching practice in New York City.
