MASSAGE THERAPY
Susan has been practicing therapeutic bodywork in the mainline since 2005. She holds a National Certification in Therapeutic Bodywork, and is an active member of both the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and the Thai Healing Alliance.
YOGA
Susan is registered with Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching since early 2008. Currently, Susan is studying to become a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with Joan White at the Iyengar Yoga School of Central Philadelphia's Teacher Training Program.

The following modalities may be combined within a session based upon the individual needs of the client at the time of treatment.
SWEDISH
A system of therapeutic muscle manipulation used to improve circulation and alleviate every day muscle soreness and stiffness.
DEEP TISSUE
Slow, deep, penetrating movements that enhance the body?s flexibility and promotes the release of tight and blocked areas, aiding in structural alignment and improved posture
TRIGGER POINT MYOTHERAPY
Slow, deep, penetrating movements applied to ?trigger points," which are painful, inflamed areas of the muscles, thus enhancing the body?s flexibility, promoting release, and breaking the cycle of spasms and pain.
REFLEXOLOGY
Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot, hands, and ears that correspond to other parts of the body. Figure pressure is placed upon reflex areas, corresponding to glands, organs and other parts of the body resulting in stress reduction and improved circulation.
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Helps to strengthen the body and increase flexibility, while allowing the client to benefit from the relaxation and healing properties of massage ? works to clear energy blockages and restore balance and harmony to the body. A combination of techniques are used, including myofascial release and trigger point therapy, with light stretching similar to that of yoga. The client lies fully clothed on a floor mat while the practitioners uses their own body weight to position the client into yoga-like positions while instructing client on proper breathing for maximum results.
THAI YOGA MASSAGE ON THE TABLE
A combination of the best of yoga and massage. It is performed on a table and is customized to the needs and wants of each person. It can provide amazing results to reduce stress, ease discomfort and create profound feelings of relaxation.
