While receiving her BA from the University of Michigan, she created & hosted two TV shows: an aerobics show encouraging students to work out in their dorm rooms, and a motivational talk show highlighting good deeds around campus.
Prior to starting her company Step It Up with Steph in 2008, Stephanie worked for PBS WNET New York, Lifetime Television for Women, Oprah & Friends XM Radio host Marianne Williamson, and The Dr. Phil Show. Stephanie completed her trainings and certifications in Los Angeles, and recently relocated to Chicago.
