Company Description:
StayFit 1on1 is my personal fitness training business. I train people 1 on 1, buddies (2 at a time) or small groups. My business is out of my home. I have my studio in my basement in a beautiful, private woodsy Paris Mtn. neightborhood. It's peaceful and very laid back.
I also offer online training for those who want to train on their own with 24/7 access to me for training routines, advice and support.
