Krystol founded and managed a series of music and film production companies including ATC Music, Facile Management, Chase Records, The Hudson Delta Group and Digital Frames Inc.  During those years, he gained prominence for his management and production for noted music acts such as Grand Master Flash and the K.W.P. Project, which was distributed worldwide by Polygram. Krystol shot commercials and music videos, developed interactive CD-ROM’S and specials for such companies as RCA, Motown, Mercury Records and Polygram Records. Krystol worked closely in the creative development, advertising, image and package design for such companies as MTV, Golan Entertainment, Kingsborough Community College, BMG Entertainment, Epic Records, MJJ/Sony, Arista Records, EMI Records, James Brown West, Jean Denoyer for Melba Moore, LaFace Records, Uptown Records, The Brentwood Cultural Center and Spike’s Joint (a Spike Lee company).  Cameron has received a number of awards during his career.  In both 1989 and 1991, Inc. Magazine named him, through sponsor Shell Oil, Entrepreneur of the Year.  In 1996, he was awarded a Pre-Grammy for Excellence in Music Production.

Through his combined media and technical experience, Krystol then developed turnkey interactive solutions for satellite, wireless, cable and xDSL infrastructures for Simply TV.  In 1998, Simply TV was nominated for a Streamers Award. Krystol enjoyed seeing the worlds first on-line interactive TV network go from 50,000 subscribers to well over 1.2 million subscribers over a 9-month period of time. Krystol negotiated and signed over 80 agreements from such companies as Echostar Communications, Real Networks, Gateway, Loral Space & Communications, WorldCom, Bell Atlantic, Microsoft and others.  Afterwards, Krystol was fortunate to have appointed as President of Simply TV Mr. Robert Wussler (Ted Turner’s best friend) who was the first President & COO of CNN. Krystol held numerous patents for his technical achievements over the years and has been and still is the chief technology architect of his developments.

Krystol sits on various boards with supporting membership roles as being on the Board of Engineers for the Society of Motion Picture Television Engineers, Development Sector Member for the International Telecommunications Union, and members of the International Radio and TV Society, International Academy of Television Arts & sciences, International Engineering Consortium, MIT Enterprise Forum, International Society of Internet Professionals, the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation, and Sun Microsystems. Krystol has also been honored to be on the Wall of Fame for the Berean Institute.

The Short Side:  Simply ME provides advertisers the ability to market their products and services direct to consumers via the Web TV, cable, IPTV and satellit-to-home nationwide. - Our broadcast channels are in such companies as Dish Network, Comcast, NBC and Sling Media with mobile launching in June.

d.)   Based on their user-profiles choice of commercial items, the insertion of video commercials are inserted between their programs like regular TV, but customized for each viewer.

e.)   For local commercials through small and medium sized businesses, the consumer could then click the commercial for a coupon to be printed and/or uploaded to a mobile phone for later redemption.

f.)    Each advertiser is given detailed info from consumers that had an interest and/or proceeded to redeem their coupons

Unlike traditional television, we are not constrained on the amount of commercials we could provide a region. Each household receives commercials specific to their profiles which increases the likelihood of commerce for each advertiser. The cost per thousand (CPM) for each household increases as we deliver more granular results from each viewer. Nielsen Media’s model is dependent on a small cross-section of viewers in America (50,000) and then based upon that, advertisers will then pay for their regional and/or national ads. Simply ME’s system is not dependent on a cross section of consumer responses…not even the programming. Our system is based on consumer interest to commercial items they would like to see in 30-second commercials in between their viewing experience of the programs they choose on demand.
