Meal Planning & Cooking: (Familiar with gas and electric ranges).
Simple menu planning according to dietary needs: diapetic, cholesterol, weightloss, weight gain, hydration problems etc.
Familiar with spoon feeding and tube feeding.
Light housekeeping.
OFFICE SKILLS:
Have worked with Microsoft and the Apple computers.
Have used Dragon Speak and Word-Perfect.
Assist clients with email, general computer activities.
I can type English at 45 wpm with accuracy.
