From my first job at 7, shoveling snow and taking care of the lawns in the neighborhood, my roots have been in hard work and success. After graduating from Iowa State University in 1984, I spent 20 years in the traditional career environment, from beginning in Engineering for a Fortune 125 company in the Midwest, to 5 years as a Fire Protection Engineer for a government subcontractor in Idaho, to becoming a General Manager for a California based company which had an office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

In under a year, I took this office to number one or two out of eight offices for 4+ years in percentage profits, twice the industry average. I tripled the volume while keeping the size of the workforce the same. As a General Manager, I got to practice and hone my skills as a coach, and a mentor.

In 2004, I had a transitional shift in my life, and parted from the traditional work world. I became a Yoga Instructor, and a Certified Theta Practitioner. About this time, I became involved in a global transformational organization which specializes in having people become transform in their life, and in that organization I becoming a leader, coach, and mentor. In this organization, I learned to become present, focused, and on goingly hone my coaching and people skills.

In 2005, I began coaching and metaphysical energy work as a profession. This same year, I studied for a year under two apprentices of don Miguel Ruiz. In 2006, I studied under shaman in Peru to better understand myself, and further develop my energetic and coaching skills.

In addition, for the past 19 years, I have been actively involved in young adult programs. The youth are the hope for the future. 10 years were spent volunteering for Junior Achievement, and 7 years with Utah Business Week. I sit on the Board of Directors for Utah Business Week.
