He will prepare a magnificent gourmet meal, assist in pairing the perfect wine with each course, and provide that extra attentiveness so often missing in even high-end restaurants. As the host, you will receive the accolades and rave reviews.
Menus by Mike provides catering services for up to 250 people. You select the cuisine theme (e.g., Cajun, Southern, Pacific, Mexican or Mediterranean) for your customized menu. Chef Mike and his assistants will prepare and serve a fabulous gourmet feast to make your holiday, wedding, birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion deliciously memorable.
