We are Shawn and Tracy McMillian, and we would love to provide our excellent services to you. Shawn has had family ties to the Phoenix area all of his life, and his immediately family has slowly migrated down here from Northern California. Shawn attended Arizona State University and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies in 1997. After a short stint back to our home area of Northern California, Tracy and Shawn decided there is no better place to live and raise a family than the Valley of the Sun and moved to the Northwest Valley in 1999.

Tracy earned a Bachelor’s degree in court reporting in 1999 and has worked as a stenographer, voice writer, and was the Director of a court reporting school before deciding to become a Realtor.  Over this time, we have seen many changes, and the most exciting changes are yet to come!

As your buyer’s agents, we will first consult with you to really pinpoint your needs and what you are looking for. Once that is completed, we will work very hard for you until you close escrow on your home! The process of buying a home requires many hard decisions, and it is very important that your Realtor is a local expert.

As your seller’s agents, we understand that selling your home is a very important decision. Not only is the decision to sell your home an important one, but who you have as your representative is equally important.  We’ll research property in your area and honestly consult with you about what it should sell for.  We have several different listing programs that we offer and we’ll discuss which one will benefit you the most. We provide the facts, and you make the decisions. We are excellent negotiators and ALWAYS look out for our clients’ best interests first. We will advise you on how to present your property so you can get maximum sales price for your home. You will pay no upfront fees for our services. You can bet that we will work very hard in getting your home sold and through the escrow process with as little hassle for you as possible.
