M.A.S. Construction Services

Some of my experience:
I worked for HnR Framing Systems & Lucas and Mercier Construction, on and off for about 7 years total. I started as a laborer then moved up and have installed hardware, shear
paneling, rough framing and pick-up work. At OJ's Industries, in El Cajon, 3 yrs., I installed prefabed fireplaces, fireplace caps, insulation, and worked in the warehouse loading
trucks. At Schmid Building Products, in Poway, 5 yrs., I've framed, installed, removed and repaired fireplaces, for track and custom homes. I left as, a journeyman fireplace
installer, to start a handyman service. I was able to get work from Prudential California Realty, where I did the necessary home repairs, yard maintenance, and clean-up of
properties so they could be ready for open house/auction. I've installed tile, refreshed bathrooms (new drywall, texture, paint, ect..), replaced toilets, sinks, and cabinets. Installed
lights, outlets, fans (exhaust fan/ceiling fan) and finished trim (baseboards). I can operate a skid steer, bobtail dump, and have done several concrete demolition jobs for few local
stone paving companies. I've worked in the construction trade most of my life and have experienced many things, good and bad, and I've always tried to maintain a positive
attitude along the way. I am hard working, honest, dependable, and confident that I can get things done and I'm not afraid to say that there are thing that I have not done or can't
do. I treat every project as if it were my very own, and concentrate on doing it right, per code, and regulations, the first time. I have a work truck, small trailer, and many tools for
different phases of home repair, maintenance, hauling and labor in general. I can always count on more resources when I get a big project, but usually it's me and one other
