Education plays an important role in our lives. Today we are presented with an opportunity to not only take advantage of formal education, but also to diversify with various programs that are specific to the interests of the participants. Education is a continuous process that never ends. It may not be delivered in a formal way, but none the less, I feel that we learn something every day by interacting with the people that surround us.

Professional Experience
I have worked myself up the corporate career ladder, worked with non-for-profit organizations and have done a great deal of consulting work.
I started out as an Office Manager working in the health care field. I have worked shifts at Cornell Presbyterian Hospital (Psychiatric Ward). As a health care professional, covering the administrative/management end of the office/facility operations, I found myself not only performing the mechanical duties of my job, but being proactive in my interactions with patients and in setting up practices for other health care professionals. Soon, the direction of my involvement with the health care industry changed and I was involved with Medical Doctors, primarily assisting them in setting up their own practices while in Start Up (entrepreneurial) mode, often staying aboard as a consultant/coach.
But I was looking for something more than just helping individual business to grow, my ambitions went beyond just that, so I started to diversify my portfolio and skill set. Among many things, I have experience working with an environmental firm, helping to make arrangements for testing and deep cleaning for the people who lived in the downtown area at the time of the WTC attack and whose houses were affected the most. I have worked with various organizations providing various consulting services, until one day, I was invited to teach.
At this point I found a new passion teaching. I joined Franklin Career Institute where I taught and later became a Director. I think that providing education is a highly rewarding experience. I had an opportunity to meet extraordinary individuals, both those who taught and those who came to school for an education. It is the altruism of instructors/teachers and administrative staff that opened the hearts of every student, and it is a testament to their dedication that they come to school every day despite the enormous hardships and challenges in their lives. Working in a vocational school setting is different than working in any other school, since the students ranges from 18 to 65 years of age. Many of the students did not have an opportunity to go to school before, or were transitioning to a different career with a hope that it will provide a better quality of living for them and their families.
Being a Director of a school brings upon you not only the responsibility of delivering the material in class, but also the responsibility to create a positive environment for the students. This was a great experience with many life lessons.
After a few years of dedicating myself to education I moved into the corporate world, working with executives of Fortune 500 companies, representing various Recruiting and Staff Augmentation organizations, helping them with their need in searching for talent.
To summarize, an Executive Life Coach is someone who can help you transition through hard times, or through career changes, or in building a business from scratch and improve/enhance/enrich your relationship(s).
