My experience as a school teacher and having my own weight loss "success story" has taught me how to motivate and inspire people. I work well with people from all walks of life, and am capable of leading others by example to a road that will help them achieve long term success in their health and wellness goals. I have the ability to spark the flame of self confidence, motivation, and ambition in others. My love and passion for health, nutrition, exercise, and yoga is contagious.
I am a well informed health consumer as I consider it my duty as a wellness professional to sift through the exercise and diet hypes that are publicized. I do an immense amount of research and reading in my free time that revolves around the health and wellness industry.
As a Yogini, I have a good understanding of Yoga history, philosophy and lifestyle and am always continuing my education by attending yoga workshops, seminars and retreats.
I work well with children and adults alike. Being a school teacher taught me how to work well with parents, how to listen and respond to their needs and concerns in a such a way that brings comfort and peace of mind. Kids are naturally drawn to me as I have a positive and upbeat energy that allows them to express their energies in a positive way. I am good at building trust between kids and their peers, and it has been my experience with the kids I have worked with that they trust me and are open with me.

XYZ Fitness is a Donation based, mobile fitness studio that specializes in Ashtanga Yoga, Zumba Toning, Personal training, nutrition counseling, and Yoga Bootcamps.

It’s no secret that Yoga studios have slowly been pricing themselves out of reach for the average person; and possibly losing sight of the true spirit of yoga. That true spirit is that Yoga is a service and everyone should have the opportunity to experience its healing benefits.
That means you PAY WHAT YOU CAN TODAY! There will be no judgment, no correct payment, no “right” clothing, no “right” bodies, no ego, no glorified teachers, no competition, and no worries. Come as you are. We are one world. We have one yoga. We have this one life to be present, live happy, feel peaceful.
The second basic idea, that no matter what your activity of choice, Yoga and Zumba will be the perfect cross training to compliment it. Incorporating Yoga into your fitness regime brings you more in tune and aware of your body and its needs, thus allowing you to respond more appropriately to its signals. With Zumba (Latin inspired dance aerobics) you begin to move your body in a way that it's not use to; doing this kind of activity keeps your body guessing so you never plateau in your fitness goals, Zumba is truly an effective way to burn hundreds of calories in a short amount of time.
