Our objective is to provide quality on site project supervision, on time completion of high quality projects. An experienced superintendent who stays in communication with the project manager and the client representative as needed accomplishes this.
Our organization consists of 5 project superintendents, and 1 project manager.
We equipped with a laptop computers and a digital cameras. This equipment is utilized on a daily basis to track job costs, file reports via email, take and send job progress photo’s to the project manager and the client if requested, and to receive faxes via email. We also have cellular telephones with voice mail.
At present our fee to provide a site superintendent is $2200.00 per week, and $0.485 per mile to the job site. We carry our own insurance. Performing any portion of the work is generally done on a negotiated basis. On most projects we usually do the framing/sheetrock, painting, carpentry, floors, and ceilings.
