Company Description:
I am a psychotherapist in Beverly Hills, CA who specializes in working with members of the Entertainment Industry. I help entertainment professionals - studio executives, agents, managers, actors, writers, directors, producers - deal with psychological issues pertaining to the unique challenges of this business. I also know the hopes, fears, dreams and joys of the Industry because I have lived it from the inside
As a former coach of Olympic athletes, I understand high pressure environments and how to thrive within them. Because of my background, I often work from a positive, solution-focused perspective. I also believe strongly in each person's innate ability to move towards psychological and emotional health. Depending on your issues, I will work with you to discover together how to help you become your "best self" whether individually or in the context of your relationship.
I work with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, bipolar Disorder, and creative blocks. I see individuals and couples, children, teens and families.
I have been published in The New York Times (Sunday edition), Los Angeles Times, L.A. Weekly, Elle (France) Magazine, DAME Magazine and many others. I am the therapist on "Psycho Babble" a webcast television show set at The Laugh Factory in Hollywood.
