Kim’s comprehensive real-estate sales experience spans residential, land, retail, office, and office/warehouse space.
She started her career in land acquisitions with the residential developer JD Brooks of Falling Water. The relationships she’s made over the years with builders and mixed-use developers greatly benefits her clients today.
Kim has an aggressive marketing approach that gets results for her clients. She is backed by a degree in business and marketing from Lane College, in Oregon, and various positions with AT&T, including Director of Sales. Her contributions at AT&T earned her the National Circle of Excellence Sales Achievement Award for four consecutive years. A fine-furniture enthusiast, Kim has also owned and operated five successful antique businesses.
Kim resides in Alpharetta with her husband, Larry, of 22 years. They have two children, ages 21 and 16. She is licensed to sell real estate in Georgia and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Most recently, Kim was awarded Power Realty’s Community Service Award.
