The owner, Lori Heyman, attended the Management program at Walnut Hill College. She went on to parlay her customer service skills that were honed in the food and beverage industry into a successful career as an executive assistant at a financial firm. Since February 2006 she has owned and operated Keystone Concierge which provides a wide array of services to its various clients.
