Professional Certification:
Approximately 17 years experience
Professional Resume:
To Whom It May Concern:
First, I want to thank you for your time. I would like to introduce myself and my services.
My name is Wendy. I started in the mortgage industry around 1990. My different experiences include, but not limited to, the following;
Wholesale: file set up, processing department manager, “doc's” department/closing, account representative and underwriter.
Retail; processing, loan officer and marketing / loan placement.
At one point, I decided that I wanted to get out of the mortgage industry and try something new. So for approximately 3.5 years, I was a 911 dispatcher / call taker in eastern Washington. This was very rewarding and taught me a lot. Although I had thought I knew how to “deal with” people, this taught me how to communicate effectively to different personalities. Believe me, there is a BIG difference between “dealing with” and communicating effectively.
Just like Loan Officers, my compensation is based on loans closing. Having been a Loan Officer, I too want loans to close yesterday. Contract processing offers mortgage companies the ability to keep overhead low.
I would like the opportunity to do contract processing for your company. I believe I could be a valuable asset to you and your business. I am a person that takes great pride in the quality of work I provide. Integrity and honesty are very important to me. The confidentiality of your customers, will be held to the highest standards in the mortgage industry.
Thank you for your time and consideration. If interested, I would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you.
