Jonathan Troen is a certified life coach and yoga teacher living in Santa Monica, CA. While recovering from a serious surgery, Jonathan's path led him to yoga, specifically Iyengar yoga. Astounded by the impact yoga had on his life, not only for physical health but mental health as well, Jonathan embraced the Iyengar practice as an integral part of his life. Today his precise yet caring teaching style is inspired by my many wonderful teachers, including Manouso Manus, Chris Stein and Eric Small.
In addition, realizing that yoga alone may not provide all the answers to a person seeking a better alignment of personal goals and purpose, he became a life coach. By combining life coaching and yoga, his practice is aimed at helping clients bust through personal roadblocks to create successful and balanced lives for themselves.
