MORRO BAY FARMS WAS OPENED IN 1957..MY FOLKS ..MY DAD FROM THE PHILIPPINES AND MY MOM OF MEXICAN DECENT FROM BISBEE ARIZONA..WE ALL WORKED AT THE STORE TILL I GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL IN 1967 WENT TO CAL POLY AND TO CUESTA COLLEGE..THEN I GOT DRAFTED INTO THE MILITARY SERVICE ...I JOINED THE NAVY AT THAT TIME AND STAYED IN THE NAVY FOR 4 YRS. WENT BACK TO THE FAMILY BUSINESS..WORKING THE STORE AND DELIVERING PRODUCE TO LOCAL AREA RESTURANTS AND STORES..THAT WENT ON TILL 1985 WHEN I ADDED THE DELI AND THAT IS WHEN WE STARTED THE CATERING..BUILT 1 TOWABLE BBQ AND NOW I HAVE 2 AND THE BIGGER ONE I HAVE A ROTESSIRE TO ROAST WHOLE PIGS..WE SPECALIZE IN BBQ TRI-TIP..CHICKEN..PORK AND BEEF RIBS...AND ALL TYPES OF SAUSAGES...WE COOK GREAT FILIPINO FOOD..PANCIT ..LUMPIA..CHICKEN AND PORK ADOBO..GOOD WHITE RICE..ETC..
