I generally develop lump sum fee proposals based on time and materials and typically come in around half the price of other professionals and often even less. I can comfortably suggest to you that a quality designer such as myself can SAVE you more than their fees in construction costs alone. I have over 16 years experiencedesigning and assembling construction and facilities documentation with the latest versions of AutoCAD®. The depth of my understanding of the design and construction process is broad and I am familiar with the development and coordination of nearly every aspect of a construction project.
My work experience and environments are intentionally diverse. The settings in which I've become accustomed have ranged from small architectural design offices to large corporations; I am comfortable conducting business in both, though I am also well suited for the field. I'm a consummate team player, but "wear many hats" if that’s what it takes to get the job done right and on schedule. I am detail oriented, highly motivated, personable and take pride in whatever I do.
Currently I’m operating a small firm as a sole practitioner and have clients that range from commercial developers, architects/engineers and contractors to individual property owners.
