14 years in the field with specialization in anxiety, depression, addiction of all kinds, sexuality, relationships, parenting. I incorporate mindfulness training, Buddhist psychology and cognitve and psychodynamic therapy to tailor what I do to your specific needs. I also am a certified hypnotherapist and teach parenting and psychology at Santa Monica College. I was married 24 years and have two successful young adult children. I am a former television news reporter in four major markets, including Los Angeles and New York, and work especially well with creative people. I am a graduate of Cornell University, Antioch University, and Ryokan College and have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
