Company Description:

Gladwyne Personal training has been working in the Greater Philadelphia area for approximately three years. We work out of the MainLine, Bucks County, Philadelphia County, etc.

All GPT trainers have either Nationally recognized certifications and/or bachelor's degrees in an Exercise Science related field. All trainers are CPR certified and are fully insured. Our trainers are specialized in Sport Specific training, Fat Loss, Nutritional Consulting, Movement Disorders as well as Special Populations.

We are a full service In-Home Personal Training Company offering Massage Therapy and Yoga/Pilates training.
