I have been cooking professionally now for about 5 years. I started out at a pizza place and have worked myself all the way up to fine dining, learning every dish along the way. I have a vast array of dishes that taste unbelievable. I can cook almost any cuisine and even if I haven't before, I'm always willing to tackle a new creation. My favorite cuisine is Mexican, and then I also love Asian foods and Italian. Other than that I have also cooked Indian, Jewish, American, Peruvian, and probably some more I just can't think of. I have attended Kendall College, one of the leading culinary schools in the nation, and I have graduated with a culinary degree.

The reason I have named my company Cuisine is limited is because I am always willing to try something new for a client. Whether you want an old classic, or you want me to try something you've never had before. I am known for getting new recipes spot on, and even better than the old recipe. I have a knack for flavor, and will bring out the best flavors of any food. I am new to catering and have done maybe a dozen different events, but cooking isn't new to me, as I have been doing that since I was a child, and professionally for the last 5 years. I love everything about cooking from the planning to your table, so let me show what it means to cook with love.
