Crepes Of Paris

During the summer of 2007, Chef Elie Yuri Amsellem arrived to Los Angeles; after owning his restaurant business in the Heart of Saint Germain, Paris.

One of his priorities and biggest ambitions was to come to the United States and deliver exactly the same great crepes he was making in Paris.

Chef Elie Yuri was borned and raised in Lyon, France. This is where he started of his career studying at the famous AIFNB culinary school where he learned the Art of Pastry and Bakery. He did his firsts years of work for Jean Paul Bocuse's bakery. Later on, he moved to Paris where he had the opportunity to work closely with famous chefs with whom he learned a lot about French Cuisine.

Chef Elie Yuri and its staff of French Chefs will make and serve the crepes: Your guests will choose their favorite crepes from a menu we set up together prior to the event.
You can choose your savory and sweet crepes from our menu and even create your own crepe...

At Crepes of Paris we take proud in using the best products while providing authentic tastes as the well-known "Crêpe Bretonne" served in France. To assure excellence in our crepes, we only make use of fresh products in order to make our crepe mix and all the toppings (fresh products such as: Vegetables, fruits, fish, meat...).

Our newest delight will consist of fresh, crispy and light Belgian Waffles, offered with the same toppings as our sweet crêpes.
Kids will love our Mickey Mouse shaped waffles (available in different colors).
