I provide therapeutic life coaching services for individuals, teens & families, as well as offering community workshops, staff trainings and child and parent groups. I am a life coach and mental health facilitator with my master's degree in counseling.
2007-09 Trainee/MFTI, Novato Youth Center, San Marin High School
I worked in the center?s family clinic for two years with a diverse population. Experience includes family counseling, couples counseling, adult treatment, play therapy, girl?s groups and facilitation of staff trainings. I also worked at San Marin High School where I led an anger management group and saw students individually. I successfully managed crisis situations, continued to build clinical skills, and did more intense case management work.
2006-07 Trainee, Bay Area Community Resources, Davidson Middle School
I worked with middle school students and their families on a variety of counseling issues. I also received intense training each week. In addition, I led a girls group while at the school, kept clinical files, attended school meetings and worked alongside staff, police, and CPS.
2004 Volunteer, La Casa de las Madres
I completed my 40-hour domestic violence training and then worked with groups of children, conducted a pet therapy program, answered the hotline, and co-facilitated a women?s group at one of their transitional housing locations.

I was responsible for implementing and facilitating a program based on rigorous standards. I assessed my students and communicated goals to parents and faculty. I kept files and records up to date and organized. I participated in meetings, committees, workshops and community activities. I contributed a great deal of my personal time in order to ensure that high standards were met.

Life coaching sessions can take place by phone/skype, or can be done in person.
A customized schedule and format will be created for you. In-person coaching sessions are done at the client's location of choice or at a space in Lake Oswego.
Individual sessions are $70/hour. Please see below for packages and group rates.
My general philosophy is based on the truth that each person possesses their own wisdom?a perfect navigation system. I operate from a focus on mental health, rather than mental illness. My main goal as a life coach is to help my clients gain an understanding that will allow for continued growth long after our sessions are over.
My work is based on the Three Principles of Mind, Thought, and Consciousness, which uncover the secrets behind human experience. By understanding these Principles you will gain the ability to observe your own thinking, rather than simply reacting to it. You will raise your level of awareness, and you will also gain the ability to access your own wisdom consistently.
I Specializing in teen and child populations, in both individual, group, and family settings. I have over three years experience with at-risk and crisis clients, and over three years experience as a school and clinic counselor where I worked with youth, families, couples, and adults. In these settings I also facilitated groups, conducted workshops, and led staff trainings. Prior to this I was an educator, and worked hand-in-hand with children and their families in an academic capacity.
