Angela Ramos, President of Keystone Consulting is a five year veteran of the human resources industry.   She specialized in benefits administration for a 3,000 client based human resources outsourcing firm and as a Human Resources Generalist for a major camera company managing multiple locations of employees. Her most recent positions as E-Learning and Organizational Development Manager she was responsible for training and development for over 400 employees for a major lumber and millwork merchandiser for The Home Depot.

Since working in human resources, she has also worked for various polling institutes collecting data and research for many political, economic and social issues reported on  various media coverage’s as CNN and MSNBC as well as for Yale University in their youth development departments.

Working with management and staff at all levels of an organization; Angela has facilitated the development of learning management systems, training techniques, and internal communications as well as coordinated many employee events and training workshops in the various organizations she has impacted.

The greatest success of any individual is becoming who they want to be and knowing who they are. I work with my clients to bridge  these gaps in either their personal or professional life or both. I’ve managed and trained thousands of employees as a benefits specialist, human resource generalist and organizational development manager. I have also worked with organizations in helping to develop the youth.  What really is important to my practice is developing individuals by guiding them to uncover their potential.

 My processes create a means to no end because the positive improved results are continuous. I work with my clients to develop goals and attitudes that help create positive behavioral changes that result in achievements. In our coaching sessions I am there for my clients as a support system, I hold the “mirror” but they hold the “key” and together in my one on one coaching experience my client is able to unlock themselves and see their potential.
