I have coached professionally for over 14 years and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. In January, 1995, I started mentoring with a life coach and continued the mentorship for ten years. I continued my education with iPEC, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, to acheive my Coaching Certification.
Throughout my career, I have been using the principle that people have a virtually unlimited capacity for growth, change and creativity. My strength lies in helping people to get their thoughts and their lives to work FOR them and not against them. I strongly believe that when one is aligned with the flow of life by seeking solutions (rather than problems and excuses), one is able to harness one's True gifts and share them with the world. This adjustment reduces the ego and fits one to be of maximum service to others ? our ultimate purpose for being.
