I have a real appreciation for working with, non-profit agencies, but not limited to. I've worked with, Episcopal Community Services, Safe Home, Shawnee Mission Head Start, & I often assisted in catering functions at The Jewish Community Center. Were I served as an employee, chef & volunteer, here in Kansas City, Missouri. I have experience working with, the grill/griddle, deli station, salad bars, cake decorating & desserts, & kosher meals.
