I have been in the restaurant business for the past 10 years with 5 years coming as a personal chef to members of a private country club in Delaware. I started my own catering business on the side about a year ago and have been catering small events for 10 people and under.
I have had the great pleasure of working in some of the areas great restaurants.
I have also been involved with international culinary competitions and traveling across the country competiting and training for these events.
