My name is Chef David Bowens and I have over 30 years in the culinary business, and I do on-call chef duties 24/7. In case of any culinary emergency, just call.
As a private chef I will create and present menus for approval (usually for lunch and dinner each day, and sometimes breakfast), shop for groceries, prepare the meals, and, when no other staff is present, serve and clean up.
I excel in everything from soup to dessert, and have a talent for finding the best ingredients and appliances, an eye for tabletop arrangements, and a knack for kitchen management. I?m also particularly adept at accommodating your daily schedule and your travel itinerary.
I accept two types of arrangements: live-in and live-out. The former receive living quarters (often the equivalent of a small apartment), board, and sometimes the use of a car.

I will become your personal chef for a day. After a brief consultation, I will create a menu specifically tailored around your culinary wishes. I will then provide you with an estimate of purchases and personal time and, depending on the requirements of the event, arrange for any necessary service or bar staff. You will then be able to relax and enjoy the company of your guests, while all culinary tasks are masterfully handled by me and my staff. At the end of the meal we guarantee you'll already be planning your gourmet chef's next visit.
