Private Chef

Current young professional Chef is seeking the opportunity to work as a Private Chef for any household families located within South Florida locations: Palm Beach, Broward and/or Dade counties.

What are the benefits of having private chef? As an experienced and dedicated culinary artist I am responsible to prepare and cook food for a particular client. My experience in food cost control will help you to save money as well as being able to spend more quality time with your family as opposed to spending countless hours in the kitchen preparing meals.

A little information about myself, I am a young person who started my culinary journey since childhood; working for my parents, family and friends at an early age. I Had the opportunity to work for a family in Miami Beach as a part time private cook; preparing healthy meals few days a week and assisting preparation in dinner and family reunion and events on weekends and holidays. I continued development my culinary skills at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts of Miami where I graduated with Honors receiving my Associates degree. After graduating I had the opportunity to work at 3 Star Resort located in Miami Beach, FL gaining experience in Banquets, Buffets, and upscale Restaurant/Bistro cuisine. Currently, I worked for a fine dining Spanish establishment as a Line Chef for the preparation of cold food and pastries.

Being flexible, detailed, oriented, creative, able to communicate in two languages (ENG/ SPA ) with strong communication and interpersonal skills are some of my key qualities that makes me a great candidate for any private home position. While providing my culinary services, I can also assume responsibilities as Houseman and Butler . Not related to culinary skills, I had previous experience with General Office Duties, Landscaping, Construction and Vehicle maintenance and care; making me available to all homeowner needs.

I like to get along with children as well with family animals. I have reliable transportation; knowledgeable Tri-County areas with clean background record. I do not drink nor do I smoke.

I am looking forward to hearing from any family that is interested in my services. Wages and salary are negotiable depending upon the extent of the families needs. Open to LIVE-IN or LIVE-OUT positions.
