I recently took early leave from Reynolds & Reynolds, located in Dayton, OH.
My last position required aspects of project management. The triple constraint methodology was a driving factor in managing the many tasks required in this position. In order to be successful I had to manage time and resources with an eye toward the budget constraints of my department. Additionally, I was required to align with other teams to fulfill dependencies for the success of the project. I have been was able to remain successful during turbulent times by focusing on priorities and managing the critical paths successfully. The last two positions with this company did not exist prior to my coming on board, consequently it was my responsibility to identify and execute all aspects of the tasks to achieve the desired results. I was able to accomplish these assignments successfully and quickly resulting in an improvement in results over the previous methodology.
I performed in a customer facing position acting as an interface between our customers and my team in order to gain their trust and cooperation with our company. My ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills in order to be influential sometimes helps to “re-sell” the value of our company’s products and my sales and customer service background was beneficial in helping to retain our customer base.
