Body by Brooke Los Angeles specializes in personalized fitness for a woman, by a woman. Brooke is an experienced trainer with an extensive background in fitness and a passion for helping other women find the best version of themselves.
Brooke’s undergraduate emphasis at USC was pre-medical and she has studied both physiology, and kinesiology in University giving her an extensive knowledge of physical metabolism. Brooke has also studied the mechanisms of hunger and satiety under a world famous neuroscientist, Dr. William McClure and "with an understanding of the contributions of physical need and metal sensation, I can help my clients take control of their health with customized diet and exercise regimens and goal oriented impulse controls." —Brooke
Over the years she has collaborated with fitness experts across the country to create a variety of workouts that are geared toward the fitness goals of women and malleable to individual preference and goals. Brooke’s collaborations extend to collegiate wrestlers who specialize in creating a lean athletic physique with minimal body fat; she’s also worked with cadets at the United States Air Force Academy to develop a series of boot camp style routines for the intensity enthusiast; and professional fighters who’ve helped create a kickboxing routine that burns up to 600 Cal/hr.
