Paula brings 15 years of experience to her practice as a massage therapist. She Originally trained as a sports therapist and then branched into the field of Lymphatic Massage. Lymphatic work lead her to the arena of alternative medicine. She worked with Dr's. in the area of cancer, auto immune and hospice care offering patients a different path.
Paula offers a unique blending of sports, active release, subtle positional release and muscular re-education techniques which addresses the body in a different fashion then is widely expressed in the massage field today. Pain cycles are diminished if not erased and normal function is restored in a gentle and relaxing session.
Paula has successfully reversed the effects of many debilitating discorders such as carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndrom which is usually where carpal tunnel begins. These are only a few of the cronic disorders which usually require surgery that she has treated.
