She is a Certified Personal Chef (CPC), a designation which is the industry's highest mark of excellence and earned through education, experience and professionalism. Chef Lynn is ServSafe Certified by the National Restaurant Association. ServSafe is the industry standard for food safety and sanitation.
Lynn has taught both private and classroom-style cooking classes in Las Cruces since 2003 and has won numerous ribbons and cash awards for pastry and baking competitions.
