Hello and welcome to BFC Fitness Training. My name is James Bynum - I'm a NASM-certified experienced personal fitness trainer, weight loss expert, and the ONLY personal fitness program in the Kingwood, Texas area where life changes are made every day!

My staff (see below) and I are eager to help you to achieve the body of your dreams and have fun doing it:

Kristin Zukowski started her love for fitness in high school, breaking school records in Track & Field. Kristin achieved her B.S. in Kinesiology with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Kristin was the Adult Fitness Director, and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Velocity Sports Performance in Kingwood before joining our staff. She has been featured in the local newspapers for her outstanding work with local athletes.

Christina recently moved to Texas from Bentonville, Arkansas. She has been a Personal Trainer for 8 years and holds certifications through the ISSA and NASM. Christina's training focus over the years has been weight loss and competitive bodybuilding. During the last two years, she has started working more with Fitness Therapy for Seniors, Corrective Exercise, and Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps. She enjoys training with all fitness levels and helping others reach their fitness goals.
