I've been in the business for over 19 Years. I started doing Loc (DreadLocks) in 1991when there were only a very few of us around. I started in a Barber Shop/Salon name NuTribe in Queens New York September 1991. We were one of the 3 places in NYC you could go to to get Loc (DreadLocks). One of the original Loctician New York City have ever produced. I've dont thousands of Locs from stratch for people all over the United States and the United kindom. Today we are known as Locticians or Loc Technicians. There are quite a few places you can go to have your Locs started or groomed, but here is a tip. If your Loctician do not have Locs or never had Locs, RUN
