My name is Michelle Whipple.  I have been an LPN for 14 years.  I have worked in a hospital and in the home and love what I do.  The staff that works for me are RN's, LPN's and CNA's with a similar background.  All of my staff I know personally and I have known for a number of years.

I decided to open up my own private duty nursing agency because I am tired of people not getting the care that they deserve. Now a days hospitals and nursing homes are so understaffed that your loved ones are getting neglected. I have people that work for my company that I have known through the years that I would have taking care of my own family if needed.
