Accumed Transcription Services is a small medical transcription service organization located in Pittsburgh, PA.  We have been in business for over 10 years serving companies nationwide with the use of our easy to use, free of charge web based FTP. 

We have a fully equipped office capable of handling all digital transcription as well as standard and micro-cassette recordings.  We have extensive experience in all medical specialties to include everyday SOAP notes, followup reports to more extensive hospital dictation as well as pharmaceutical conferences, physician advisory board meetings and roundtable discussions. 

During the last 8 years we have also engaged in various general and legal transcription to include one-on-one interviews, personal diary entries, manuscripts, reality TV series for a major TV production company, real estate seminars, Fortune 500 conference calls, depositions, interrogations, general legal correspondence, etc.  We offer a 24 to 48-hour turnaround time for a one-hour audio segment. 

Our competitive pricing is simple and invoicing can be designed to work with the needs of your company and are as follows:

Per audio hour:  $40/audio hour, $0.11 per 65-character line, $4.00/page single-spaced format and $2.00/page double spaced format.

There are no long-term contracts to sign as we are available on a short-term basis, overflow work for illness or vacation or on a long-term basis as well. 

All FTP access is free of charge and is 100% HIPAA compliant for patient confidentiality.
