Arbie Peabee Services (APS) provides professional database application services with over 29 years experience in designing and developing computer systems on a variety of large-scale, complex, mainframe applications, and also development of client/server and PC based business applications. Our experience also includes over 21 years in database management, 22 years in project management, 21 years of Oracle RDBMS, 17 years in COBOL development, 5 years in FoxPro development. We also have experience in developing and maintaining a variety of business management applications, including health-care systems, financial systems, production control and manpower systems, and inventory control systems, among others.
