OBJECTIVE
To find a position as a Personal Trainer/small Group Instructor. My extensive experience is designed to safely increase the effectiveness of various types
of workouts. To work with and motivate individuals with varying fitness levels.
PRESENT EMPLOYMENT
I instruct in various Personal Training fitness centers that among others include Body Building programs, Functional Training, with constant monitoring and feedback, various workout programs designed for people of all ages, including senior training exercises, Pilates Inspired Mat exercises & body sculpt to improve functionality, muscular strength, tone and joint mobility and stability. Balance Board, Medicine Ball, Fit Ball, BOSU and Body Bar are among the props I incorporate in my instruction.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Having danced classic ballet for 10 years during my teenage years I have always been aware of body posture. I have been training regularly in fitness centers both in Israel and the United States (at least 3+ times a week). Training for improved posture, strength, cardio and flexibility, having instruction techniques in mind.
I pride myself for serving a roll model in the area of physical fitness, nutrition and a wholesome way of life.
Personal Training for all age groups interested in improving general fitness and workouts directed for the special needs of athletes.
I am citizen of Israel and the United State and consider English and Hebrew as my mother tongue.
