Precision Asphalt has been providing excellent quality service and pricing to our customers, since 2001. Our professional goal is to provide you with consultation and service, to help you make the best decision about your asphalt needs.
We provide service for grading, New Asphalt/Paving, Asphalt Maintenance and Repairs, Seal Coating and Striping. Regular asphalt maintenance is one of the most overlooked property improvements an owner can make. Just as you paint or stain your home to prevent damaging the wood, asphalt needs regular Sealcoating to prevent the sun and water from permanently damaging the pavement.
We offer the most advanced techniques in SealCoating, utilizing special equipment that allows us to spray your existing pavement, leaving your parking lot smooth and without markings left behind by typical squeegee systems. We use top of the line products and materials that will protect your investment and give your parking lot a professional appearance.
Repairing and Patching is another important service. Some of the benefits of maintaining damaged asphalt include improved appearance, cost effectiveness (prevent further damage and expensive future repairs), and reduced liability (patching pavement keeps accidents to a minimum while reducing owner liability for "slip or fall" incidents).
Property image is important and a marked and freshly painted parking lot is attractive. Striping shows that the property manager or owner offers a professional appearance and provides detailed maintenance of the property. Striping services are provided using a mechanical spray machine that applies a uniform coat of paint.

Line Striping & Design

Your parking lot isn't complete until the cars know where to park - and that requires line striping. We perform both line striping and other surface signage such as handicap parking symbols.

Crack Filling & Sealing
|
Water destroys pavement subsurfaces. Keep it out by keeping your cracks filled and sealed with the proper sealers. We will clean out your pavement cracks, fill them and seal them and keep your pavement ready for several more years.

Bumper Blocks

We furnish and install bumper blocks which prevent cars from hitting walls, landscaping, or other cars. Choose from either concrete or recycled rubber blocks. We will also relocate your existing blocks.

Concrete Repair
|
We can clean out and replace deteriorated concrete from wheel stops, sidewalks, and parking lots.

Concrete Curbing
|
We form, pour and finish new concrete curbing to blend with your new or resurfaced parking lot.
